How to get Multistore discount on Shopify Plans

We are currently in a region where Shopify Payments isn't available. Honestly, I don't see that changing any time soon either. We want to have two stores with two separate currencies. Apps don't work because we need it to be different checkout currencies.

The stores will be identical with same brand and products. I remember reading through Shopify providing multi-store discounts in these circumstances, but am unable to find that resource.

Just need to know how to set up. We are on Advanced Plan currently, and from what I remember the next store with multi-store discount would be on the Shopify Plan $65 one. However, not sure as to how to set up or get the a

I think you are referring to the article regarding Shopify plus plan multi-store. Under Shopify plus plan, you can have a multi-store feature in one account though, currently, this feature is not yet available to lower plans.
