Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
I sold 10 cases of product and need to ship from Buffalo, NY, USA to Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. I selected shipping through UPS and had a quote of about $190. You can clearly see that this order had "Multiple Orders." When I went to print the labels only one printed. So, did I just pay $190 to ship one case or do I need to print this label 10 times in total?
you can request a refund for the label you printed and recreate. when creating the the label, make sure to specify number of packages as 10 and Shopify will generate 10 labels with the same tracking ID.
Thank you! I will try this now.
It does not look like this solution worked. I can confirm that I specified the number of packages as 10, but it looks like it just wants to print one label. Should I print it 10 times or do something else? I do appreciate your help!
This is a single shipment with a total weight of 143 lbs and box dimensions of 20x18x16 inches.
While generating the shipment label, you need to add multiple packages and assign weight and dimensions for each package.
If this is not possible in Shopify UPS, you may need to use an app like the Multi Carrier Shipping Label app; however, you will require an account directly with UPS to use the app.
