How To Translate Email Automations In Shopify?

Hi there,

I'm interested in learning how to translate the email templates for automated emails in Shopify. My store's default language is English, but since I'm based in Quebec, it's crucial that subscribers who choose to view our store in French receive emails in French if they opt-in for email notifications. Is anyone familiar with how to set this up?

My website Is currently translated using the Translate and Adapt app. 

Would I need a geolocation app?

Hello @Localize_Alex, I hope you're doing well. Thank you for your quick response and for providing such a helpful guide. I have a question regarding email automation for new user subscriptions. In this link https://postimg.cc/4Y5GtRnN, there's an example of the "Welcome Subscriber" email automation I want to customize. If I create a customized email template for the "Welcome Subscriber" email template like the one shown here https://postimg.cc/hfFvSnHX, would it be possible for me to translate the content of the template? Does that appear in the notification section under settings? 

In essence, I want to know how to use "Translate and Adapt" to translate any customized automated email located in Marketing > Automations > and select any of the six email automation templates.

Hi @AntCrescendo, thank you for the additional context. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to translate Email content in Translate & Adapt. This is a complex problem and we’re working to make it possible.
