impossibility for customers to buy in the store

Hello, I wanted to ask what criteria are needed to sell in America on Shopify when I have the location in Albania because it gives me a problem where buyers in America cannot buy because they have tried to buy but have not succeeded

Hello @allineedstore I suspect may have something to do with international payment methods regulation and the one you’re currently using. Have you tried reaching out to both Shopify support and your payment providers?
