Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
Hello,
My customer’s are having trouble putting in their international address. The country/region is only populating the United States. I set the zones for the US, Jamaica and Canada, but it is still not giving them the option. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for getting in touch. This may be happening for a couple of reasons—can you tell me if you've set shipping rates for the shipping zone containing Jamaica and Canada, and that the products you've added to your cart are eligible for these rates? Can you also tell me if you have multiple shipping profiles or do you have just the one that applies to the US, Jamaica and Canada?
