Inventory Management For Multiple Countries

Hi, I will be creating an online store that sell products in multiple countries.

I found 'Shopify Markets' and have a few questions.

1. Does Shopify Market apply currency exchange rate to the product selling price automatically or users are able to manually set different price for different countries.

2. Can I have separate inventory for the same product for every country.
For example. I am selling a dress in Singapore and in Thailand. When someone buys the dress in Singapore, I will prefer it to deduct the qty from my Singapore inventory, as I have offices in both Singapore and Thailand.
