Invoice payment failed for customer

Hi guys,

For some reason the payments for a customer in Canada are coming through, they're using a MasterCard credit card. They have rang their card provider who has said there are no restrictions in place their end. 

Anyone have any ideas? I can't see any failed transactions in place
