Is there a connection between Global-e and Shopify Markets?

We are looking at deploying Global-e but are also looking at Shopify Markets.  Are they related to each other as international trading solutions?  It seems a big coincidence that Global-e became a Shopify partner at the same time that Shopify launched Shopify Markets.  Thanks everyone.

It isnt coincidence at all for globe-e cooperate with Shopify, they could provide more convenient resources for small business meanwhile benefit both of their business. It is very hard to predict the captial market, maybe now they are seperate but along with the business cooperation Shopify will invest or own Global-e as part of its ecommerce ecology.
