Is there a way to have site navigation change depending on language chosen?

I'm building an EU site for our company, an online retailer. We have hubspot forms integrated on the contact page, however we would ideally like to track each country individually and so would need separate contact us web pages for each form. Even if we were to have a single form for every country, the form itself does not get translated by any translation apps. Ideally would love to find a shopify app that allows this but so far I've come up short - does anyone have any ideas?
