Looking for Age gate app storing data in metafields or theme

In a shop I'm using the Translate & Adapt app from Shopify to serve a multilingual shop. This is all going well, except for 1 point. This shop requires an age gate, but I've yet to find one that stores it's data in a place where Translate & Adapt can reach it. Since translating the content of the age gate is a must, I'm currently stuck.

Who knows either an age gate app that stores it's data in either metadata or the theme, or perhaps another way to serve get a translatable age gate?
