Markets - Multiple versions of the same language

We're using a Shopify Plus store selling in the US (English), and are using Markets to expand into Canada and need to offer two languages in Canada, French Canadian, and a different version of English with some copy changes specific to Canada.

How can we facilitate this using markets? I'm not seeing a straight forward way to have multiple versions of the same language available to use in a market, are there any apps that can facilitate this?
