Need advice on EU shipping legalities: Any experiences?

Hi,

I am thinking about shipping worldwide, or at least in Europe. However, I do not have a lawyer to write me all the legal terms of services etc. for the EU.

I do have them for Germany. Now I checked my biggest competitors, and none of them have special terms of services for the EU and 95% of them don't even translate them into English. They keep it in German even thought they sell and ship worldwide.

Has anyone made some experience in this field, and can give me some advice?
