Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
Hi,
We are a store based in India and our base currency is INR. My pricing outside India will be slightly higher than that in India. For eg. if a dress is priced at Rs.10,000 in India, I want to show the price as Rs.13,500 outside India. I am okay showing the price in INR only, I do not need to show it in their local currency.
I enabled Shopify markets and increased my prices for countries outside India by 35%. In my market preview, I can see that the price is showing 35% more than in India, but when my customers check it in US, they are seeing the same price as India. Can you please let me know what I am missing?
Also, please explain to me with an example of what features are available with Shopify Markets in India. I have read the resources, but they do not cover this.
Thanks,
Priyanka
