Never got my package!!! It got delivered to someone else

I ordered a table from Doofy Trio (https://trioscreen.co), it got delivered to someone else in Chelsea. It’s a major scam and I’m out of £200 and shopify collaborated with it and can’t be bothered to even get back about the queries!! Never buy from the site!
