Poland store in PLN to sell in UK with GBP

I am attempting to set up my store to sell in both GBP for UK customers and PLN for Polish customers. However, I've encountered a message stating that 'Shopify Payments is required to manage currency.' Since Shopify Payments is not available in Poland, could you please guide me on the best approach to manage multiple currencies effectively using third-party apps or services? Additionally, I need guidance on integrating a third-party payment gateway that supports these currencies. Thank you for your assistance.

UK has Shopify payments
you can use stripe or paypal too 
but you would need to have a currency converter on your website which will show the users PLN OR GBP
