Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
Hi, I hope someone can help.
We sell products out of the UK at £24.99 each.
My issue is, if a customer is in a different country we are getting way less for our products, For example, Turkey our item is £20.83. Canada our item is 38 CAD or £21.74. USA is 28 dollars or £21.88.
I am guessing this is a tax issue. Our UK customers have VAT added but how do I make that when we are paid we are getting the correct amount in our account from customers overseas?
Many thanks
James
Hi, @technically_sta it is possible with multiple options, using third-party apps, using Shopify admin settings, and working on markets and setting up rates for each market separately based on the tax and VAT there. I can do it, or you can visit simply Shopify settings and then set up markets based on your products and pricing. DM if you need assistance
