redirect from current domain to new one depending on location

hi, so my country doesn't support shopify payments and as a main currency i have set a currency that isn't support my most trusted payment proccessors. from my research i thought best way to do it create new shopify account that has main currency in USD and add paypal or other payment gateway that supports  my country. i wanted advice on what would be the best option for me to redirect the customers to the designated url that would be seemless. and if there are any apps that can help me manage 2 different store.
