Redirect from subdomain to subfolder for multiple languages

Hello, 

I am looking for a way to create redirects of my subdomains to my subfolders. 

I've created multiple subdomains with translated versions of the shop and changed these to subfolders, since I read this might be more beneficial for seo. 

The old situation: de.shop.com/collections/product   |   fr.shop.com
Current situation: shop.com/de-de/collections/product    |   shop.com/fr-fr/

The problem, some pages that belong to the subdomains have been indexed by google, which now, no longer excist. I want to create a redirect that works for all urls, products, collections, pages, etc. 

What would be the best way to do this?
