Selling internationally to US based in South Africa

Hi 

I want to sell in the US market but i am based in South Africa. How would this be possible. Please i need advise with regards to this. Do i need to form a LLC to be able to sell in America further more what about taxes, shipping, customs and duties. The different state laws to comply to. Do i need all these to sell online to Americans or will i only be able to sell in my country. If there is someone who has experience with this could you please advise.

You can easily sell your Products Internationally but you have care about it fulfilment,
how could you full fill it.

Well what would my next step be sir im really struggling to finish my shop but the compliance issues is what my biggest concerns are. As far as i am now with my store  what would you recommend my next step be. Thank you for your patience.

What type of compliance issues you have into your Shop?

Online business compliances, for instance i make  sales do i need to pay tax to IRS, i dont have LLC nor do i have an American bank account, postal residence is in South Africa, how do i handle returns of defective products. Am i over thinking this. Could you possibly show me practically to a Shopify dropshipper store which i could visit as a visitor who is in the same boat as me being in a country outside of America yet be able to sell successfully without any legal issues.

I'm also based in South Africa and I would like to sell in the US market as well.
