Selling to mutliple markets without shopify payments

Hey,

We have a store for which we sell at an international level, and are based in a country that doesn't have access to shopify payments. We would like to have the ability to have specific payment methods depending on the IP address of the customer (i.e local customers have access to COD & card payments, whilst international have access only to card payments), as well as local currency for local sales and USD for international sales.

I understand that this is usually achievable with shopify payments, but given this is not possible for us, what are the potential solutions ?

Is it possible to create another link to our website, for which customers would automatically be redirected to (depending on their location) within one store ? Or is the only solution to have two stores, with different base currencies and different payment methods ?
