Setting up new website in another country

I currently have a few domain names. I am located in Australia. Most of my business is in Australia. I get a few orders from the US and Hawaii and Europe. I am sending a container of goods to Italy on consignment and want to promote in Italy and the adjacent countries like France, Spain, Portugal, Germany and UK. 

Should I register my normal domain name with IT at the end of it and then translate to Italian? What else should I do to get sales there? Thanks in advance.

Just another question please - I have been trying to register domain names with IT at the end with shopify and its not allowing me to register but if I go to another domain name registration company it allows this??
