Shopify 2.0 multi-currency only works with collection/product objects?

I've been trying to add a Rush Fee checkbox with a price to my product pages. I can manually add one or use an app like this: https://apps.shopify.com/product-options-pro ... but the new native multi-currency converter does not work on prices/numerical values unless they are part of a collection or product object. This seems like a huge limitation, even apps cannot get around this.

I'm hoping there's a solution to this.

Thanks,

Zach

On further digging, it seems Shopify's multi-currency conversions (Markets) does only work with Shopify product objects, and Shopify's shipping profiles. This is great if you want to convert prices during checkout or when the product object is what is generating the price, but other wise the new currency conversion system is very limited. It DOES NOT apply to any number not associated with a product object or shipping profile. Hopefully Shopify will increase the scope of this system in the near future.

I would also like to note, there is no mention of this in Shopify's documentation for multi-currency. It should be stated clearly in their documentation what is possible with Markets currently, and they should update the documentation regularly when/if the scope ever increases.

Here's the documentation that covers Limitations...do you see anywhere that it only works with product objects?
