Can I get a partial refund for my Shopify payments? The Shopify app and the sales channels don't integrate for stores in Jamaica where I'm based. I found this out recently when I tried to buy a product without any joy from my store after about two years of using Shopify. I'm partly responsible because I just assumed my store was alright and my lack of sales was due to bad marketing. But nothing is clicking when I go to add a product to my cart. That's why I'm asking for a partial refund since it took me so long to find this out. I'm also asking for some modifications of the app and the integration. I can't connect the sales channels like Facebook to my store with the Shopify app or Google.
