should i sign up with shopify.es or .com or .uk?

native english speaking business located in spain, and selling primarily to europe and the uk. 

ideally i need my shopify fees from shopify spain, but i need to access help and support in english. is this going to be possible? (the shopify.es site is only available in spanish)

if it isn't, and i choose to set up the shop initially with an english speaking location and so losing the ability to reclaim vat on fees, could i later easily transfer to spain once established and the need for support has reduced?

If you target in EU countries then you may choose .com as there are different languages like Spanish, French, German，Portuguese etc. available.
