Static codes not supporting translation function

We manually added banner info for our website, not sure what dynamic codes should we do to replace those static codes in order to able to translate and adapt other languages.

Are you able to achieve the same output with sections or template in the Online Store Editor? This would make your life easier, certainly for translations. Otherwise you need to add translation keys:
