Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
The support does not work
Hi, @art17.
Thank you for your message, I would be happy to help you out with this. The guide is correct, it is, however, under the assumption that the merchant already has Shopify Payments set up. That said, Shopify Payments may not be available to you, depending on the region you are living in. Your first step would be to click "Choose a provider" to double-check this. As for our support, we do indeed offer 24/7 support, from your screenshot it looks like you are not following the full process to reach our support page. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results. I hope this helps you out moving forward, please do not hesitate to reach back out here if you have any questions about this information, we are always happy to help out!

Idiotic service: the description says - you can make a store with several currencies, but this function is not available for you. 24/7 support - but it's not available to you.
Can anyone help me contact Shopify support via chat?
Hi, @art17.
Thanks for your message, if you reference the main guide for selling in multiple currencies here, you will see it noted here that you must first have access to Shopify Payments to utilize multiple currencies:
If you do not have Shopify Payments available to you, based on the country you reside in. You could always set up additional Shopify stores with separate domains and currencies for customers who may visit from different countries. Another idea would be simply to use a currency-selector app, however, this would only show the customers currency their total cost at checkout would still be converted to your store's primary currency. Here are some currency selector apps, in case you wanted to take a look:
- Multi-Currency Auto Switcher
- Currency Converter Ultimate
As for reaching out to our 24/7 chat support, did you follow the steps provided in my previous message? if so, can you let me know what you are seeing on your end? To reach our support options, you need to log into your store through the Help Center, search your question/issue under the "Contact Support" search field, then select "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
Please let me know if you run into any issues.
