Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
I'm using the Dawn theme and am trying to translate the whole site to a different language. I used the default theme content editor for almost all the translating, but there doesn't seem to be an option for the Availability and Price filter dropdown boxes on the product pages. I can edit the actual content of the dropdowns but the "button" texts don't have the option (or at least I wasn't able to find any). I also tried using the translate & adapt app but it doesn't change it as well. If it's possible I would prefer a solution that excludes the translate & adapt app since I already translated everything else manually.
This is what I'm trying to change:
"Filtriraj" = "Filter"
Hi @DerekSkipper , the default language content for these is in the Search & Discovery app. The translations are in 'Filters' in Translate & Adapt. You mentioned "I used the default theme content editor for almost all the translating" - default theme content is for the default language. For translations this takes place in an app such as Translate & Adapt.

Late to the party. Thank you for your reply. I was looking for the exact same translation in Translate & Adapt (also found these not translated when using Dawn), and thanks to your pointer, I was able to find and provide the translation for both "Price" and "Availability" under the "Filter" section. 🙂
Hello Rich, I have a follow-up question:
Also using the Dawn theme and Translate & Adapt for translation, I see that wrong translation texts were selected for the texts of "From" and "To" inside the "Price" filter dialog (as the price range filter conditions watermark texts). In Traditional Chinese, the "Email From" and "Email To" translations were used here which made this dialog appear confusing and unprofessional. What can I do to update the texts inside the price range dialog, so they read as simple "Price: From" and "Price: To" (or even leaving them blank)?
Thank you,
John from Clairnara
I could solve the issue! Problem with the Search & Translate app for me was, that "German for European Union change" was selected, as shown in first screenshot. If I change the German translation there, it doesn't update. I had to switch to "German for Germany change" as shown in second screenshot.
