I understand that you are looking to update your Impulse theme. This theme is supported by Archetype Themes, and I was able to find the steps via their Help Center. You have the option to use a Theme Updater Plus app, work with an Expert, or manually update the theme yourself.

The manual process will help transfer over theme settings. However, please note that homepage sections, custom product templates, and custom page templates will need to be set up again in the new theme. Similar to previous theme versions, any third-party apps or custom code will need to be reinstalled into the new theme files. You can find more information about this process here.
