Urgent Shopify Terminated My ACCOUNT FOR MO REASON!!!!

I got this message: Hello Karim,

After reviewing your information and website 24f829-  24, we have determined that you are in violation of Section 7 of the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy and we are therefore unable to support your business. We are terminating your account in accordance with our right in Section 14.3 of Shopify. Terms of Service.

 I am posting everything im facing awful discrimination and misunderstanding,  as I didnt do anything i didnt even add products or do anything!!!!!!!! It unbelievable never ever  expected that from shopify,  I have over 220,000 follower teaching them how to use shopify and create stores and yet thats what I got in return Complete frustration!!!

That just happen to me this friday, this is the email I got

Dear Account Owner, We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed. If you believe that your account was terminated in error, as a first step, please use this form to appeal the decision. Please note that this email address is not monitored. Any responses submitted will not receive a reply. Shopify's Terms of Service can be found here. Thank you, Shopify Merchant Trust Team

The information was so limited I don't even know what I've done wrong, and when I try to fill in the form to appeal it shows 'No appealable decision'

I have talk to multiple support personal and everyone promise me I will ge reply but 48 hours pass by I have not recive anything. the sttaf told me the decision was made by computer and now it's under review by human but no guarantee that I will get any reply, all I can do now is wait.
