VAT on European sales

I am sure this question has popped up on numerous occasions but with Brexit sneaking up on us, it is really something making me nervous. The prices on our UK website are shown inclusive of VAT, however, if we are using DDP (post Brexit) we need to strip out the UK VAT for our international customers so that it is import VAT and duty charges are then paid by the customer. I should imagine there are a lot of others in this situation but I can't seem to find an app that actually works. 

Any advice would be gratefully received
