What is the point of Markets?

This is my understanding, I cannot see any benefits, only limitations. Am I doing something wrong?

1. Markets does not display local currency automatically? Only if customer selects himself or if I install geolocation app??

2. Amount is local currency is only rounded and cannot be set to a fixed amount by me?

3. If I want to edit the order, I cannot because it is multicurrency?

Markets allow you to sell in multiple currencies or regions using a single Shopify store. You can also create multiple stores to sell in different currencies.
