Which is better for VAT: EAS EU & UK Compliance App or IOSS intermediate?

Hey guys,

We are looking to charge VAT to European customers from our Canadian store. What do you recommend: Use the EAS EU & UK Compliance App or get an IOSS intermediate solution provider ( any suggestions on providers?)
