Who's here imports his/her stock from overseas?

Hello,
Wonder how much of you are importing products and how do you currently handling this process? working with a customs broker? or the carrier is doing everything for you?
are you doing this alone? or how much +/- are you paying for such a person who handles this?
would love to talk with you I have some questions and would love your advice...
