Why am I not making sales on my international online shop?

have no sale for a year. When I opened a shop on shopify for international buyers.I sold 5 times.

Any idea how to get sale??. Getting frustrated

I think there is a technical problem. Customers adding products on a basket but at check out there is no sale. My name is Murvet daughter of Ali. My English is not good enough like my father. Our customers mailed us when they want to buy something. We sold a product  sending a link of our pos system. Thank you for your reply.
