Why are customers reaching checkout but not converting on my online store?

Hello, I'd appreciate if someone helps me with this dilemma I'm facing on my online store. Customers reach checkout but there are no conversions at all I mean, how is it that so many people reach checkout point but there are no sales. Payment method works perfectly, tested it a bunch of times but no sales still. What is this?
