Why can't I connect to the registration server on my site?

Hi! I have the following error when i click on the Subcription/Newsletter form popup.

"Could not connect to the registration server. Please try again later."

I appreciate that you have shared your online store URL for us to take a closer look. When I navigated to your online store and tested the Subscription/Newsletter from the bottom of the online store - I received the same error message.

Just to gather some additional context, did you make any custom coding changes to your online store? Could you also let us know which theme is live on your online store?

If you are unsure about which theme is live on your online store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store of the section I am referring to:

we used the Avone v2.5 theme and we solved the issue.

issue: someone change the "MailChimp form action URL" address and we used the old one.

I'm having the same issue and we are using Avone theme. Do you know how to get the updated url for "MailChimp form action URL" and who can provide it.

I am having the same issue. Had my fiance to go on my store to add his email to the stay in the loop footer as a mock trial to see what my future customers will encounter and that register server error pops up. I had my store built for me. It list Dawn theme first but then it list freestorebuild premium theme as current theme.
