I am based in USA, I have orders that I cannot ship due to values over $2500 USD. BEWARE other stores that also have high value items. MarketPro is currently unable work with DHL to be AGENT to file EEI and your items will likely be returned. Look for (NOEEI 30.37(a)) on labels as a clue that it will not make it to the recipient. marketsPro team members feel free to reply with information and updates as well as respond to my messages that have gone unanswered for a week. This was reported on July 17th and is still a growing issue for our business.

I wish I had seen this before I opted into MarketsPro - I cannot believe how terribly it has gone for my small business.

In addition to losing conversions because many of our items are no longer available - the up front fees that I have been charged to accommodate marketspro have been astronomical and the payouts are not transmitted in accordance with the marketspro agreement (ie that you get your payout when the carriers scan your outgoing shipments).

I have waited almost ten days for thousands of dollars meanwhile I have fronted a heap of unexpected costs. I don't know a single small business that can shoulder this kind of burden and the shopify support 'specialists' repeat the same responses in a suspiciously AI sort of way. I am feeling desperate to get Shopify's attention to rectify the issues and I even reached out to folks on the sales side of marketspro to plead with them that this gets resolved.

What a mess. I do NOT recommend MarketsPro at this time.
