Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
SOLVED - I believe it happened because the French translation of the English terms uses more letters, therefore making each tab longer and they no long fit in the space provided. I wanted to make a change to my menu anyways, and when I did, the French suddenly worked!
Thanks anyways, forum!

Hello.
I am wondering why the appearance of my page is changing from English to French. This is what the header looks like in English. As you can see, all my menu options are appearing perfectly.
However, when I translate to French, it looks like this instead. All the menu names disappear. It appears to use the "Mobile" appearance instead of "Desktop" appearance.
Is this a miff on my end? Did I accidently change something or is it an issue with the programming of the "Translate & Adapt" app?
Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi there, Rich from the product team here.
You've done nothing wrong! It's because the words are longer in French.
HOME | FISH | SEAFOOD | APPETIZERS & ENTRÉES | FAQ | CONTACT US - 45 characters
vs
ACCUEIL | POISSON | FRUITS DE MER | HORS-D'OEUVRES & ENTRÉES | FAQ | CONTACTEZ-NOUS - 68 characters.
You should see if you stretch your window horizontally the French shows in full. The solution is either to reduce the font size in the your theme, or to find a way to write the French with fewer characters.
Hope that helps!
