Re: Only lets me ship to U.S.A

Solved

Why does my store only allow shipping to the U.S.A?

Hi, Although I've set up my store's shipping to U.S.A and rest of the world, at checkout there is only an option for the U.S.A.

Any ideas what I've done wrong.

Thanks.

Hi, @Lorri5.

Have you included shipping rates for your Rest of world region? If you haven't done so, a warning similar to the one in the image below will show up. You'll need to add shipping rates to rectify the issue, so that the countries in this region will appear on your store's checkout.

If you've already done this however, are you able to check if you have access to Shopify Markets on your store? If you do, you can navigate to Settings > Markets to check if the other regions on your store has been activated within the Markets settings of your store. If a region you wish to sell to isn't currently active on your store, you can click Manage > Activate market for the market that wish to activate. This should then also activate the region on your checkout.

Are you currently in the process of setting up your store? If you haven't launched yet, I'll leave our store launch checklist here in case you need it!
