Why isn't Kiwi Size Chart displaying after language translation?

Good morning, I have a problem with a third-party app named Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender when I translate everything (title, description, and product type) to else language so size chart on the product page doesn't show

 

My E-shop (not all products are translated) in English version is not a problem because is the default.

I tried different browsers, removed Google Translate from the browser and else extensions, and re-installed Kiwi Size Char but it didn't work.

As Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender is considered to be a third-party app, the app developers will be able to investigate further to ensure it gets resolved. To connect with the app developer, you can head over to the Shopify App Store and scroll down to the 'Built by Staytuned' section to view their support options. 

 

If after connecting with them, the issue persists, please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn't have access to any account specific information through the Community.
