Why isn't Translate & Adapt translating text fields on my homepage?

So basically, Translate & Adapt is not translating certain things on my homepage and polocies. With the policies I don´t really care, I can do that myself, if necessary, auto-translate would just really help. But for the homepage I    can´t, because I just can´t seem to find the textfields on wich I can configurate it, With homepage i basically mean things like the menu, so home, catalog and it´s page, contact and it´s page; cart; search; polocies; newsletter and things like that. 

pls help 🙂

 

Edit: I just found the Menu, but even when I translate it, it doesn´t seem to translate it on my other computer. Everything else is translated, accept the home page.

Hi @Markus- , thanks for trying out the app. We don't translate policies as they are legal documents, so they're not suitable for machine translation. The homepage is made up of different parts - mostly it's Theme > Templates > Home page - index. You can also get to it via this method: https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-translate-adapt/tips-from-the-team-how-to-translate-sections...

 

Then the menu at the top of your store is under Navigation

Thanks, I wanted to change my policies up anyway, so it´s probably for the better.
