WorldWide Shipping Not Available (Printful & Shopify)

I'm currently using Printful's flat rates for my Shopify website when it comes to shipping, for some reason though, in checkout, I am only able to ship to the US as it's the only option, even though under 'App Shipping Profiles', the shipping rates for all the countries I wanted to ship to were automatically imported in by Printful. Does anyone know a solution to this?

Since you are using a third-party app it is better if you contact them regarding this and resolve it. You can also simultaneously contact Shopify support to know any issue from your store.
