Using Managed Markets to sell and fulfill internationally
I recently had to increase my prices and googled if their was a quick way to do this instead of individually editing each of my 90+ products… I was prompted to go to settings>markets>products&pricing and increase the prices there.
I changed the prices to fixed and now my sale apps aren’t working because the Markets fixed price is overriding. I checked on my individual products and the sale app has correctly updated the compare prices, but the fixed price in markets has stuffed everything up.
I wish I never went into the Markets pricing.
How can I go back to how it was before? I can’t just click reset, that didn’t work.
Any suggestions that aren’t going to create more of a mess, greatly appreciated 🙏🏽
Hello There,
Are you increasing the price for the market that is your current market? Coz pricing increases and decreases are used to change for different markets than your current market. That's why it's overriding. You need to remove all increased prices and set the blank. So it keep automatic the original one.
Thank you
Hi,
You can remove price adjustments by going to Settings -> Markets -> [market with price adjustments] -> Products and Pricing. On this page you can click the reset button on any markets where you made price adjustments as shown below:
If you are still seeing a difference in prices for a market after selecting reset, this incorrect value could be stored in a 3p app. Try temporarily disabling any 3p apps that interact with prices for a single product to pinpoint which app is causing the problem.
