how do I do these sales markets?

I totally do not understand how to do the markets thing.  I only use Printify right now and have published my products and let Printify automatically set the shipping.  Am I automatically selling everywhere?! Do I have to "turn on" these markets?  I have had bad help from the Shopify team who at one point had me increase my plan from the $29 to the $79 a month for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to try and get my shipping right when it turned out all I had to do was do the automatic Printify shipping.  Which I am not sure even works now that I amnot understanding these markets.  Please advise!  I'm going bananas trying to set this up!

The additional payment on your plan might be due to using third party shipping profile which is Printify. You can clarify it with them as well. Check the regions or countries that are included on your Printify shipping profile then, you need to activate or turn on all the markets on those regions.
