How to know where the visitor/order came from

The shopify integrated system shows that its direct but doesnt show where it came from, is there any app or something that can tell me the source of conversion? i also have GA4 and clarity installed

configure UTM tracking properly so that GA4 can detect the user source and medium by tracking the UTM parameters from the URL? 

configure GA4 properly so that GA4 can track the events. it would be the best if you configure server side tracking with GTM.
