Is this a scam or not?

I received an email from your customer service support center coming from someone named Aaron Hendrick. I would like to know if this email is a scam or if it a legitimate email.

Shopify will only email you from shopify.com domain other than that any other domain like gmail.com is a scam email and there's nothing to worry about them.

In order to confirm the authenticity of an email from Aaron Hendrick in Shopify Customer Service, examine the sender’s email address.

Official emails will always originate from an @shopify.com domain and may reference your store name specifically.

If these elements are missing, if the message contains spelling mistakes or requests sensitive information be wary: it could be a phishing attempt.

Do not respond. Instead, forward suspect messages to phishing@shopify.com for verification purposes.
