Hello, 

 

I had finished, published my website and all good. The issue appeared when I changed the markets of my product, and set it to "USA" (see screenshot 1). I only want to ship to the USA, although my primary market is France. See screenshot 2 for the settings I changed, and screenshot 3 & 4 for the issues that appear on my website: the product and Judge.me reviews disappear. The website is: https://meduzenco.myshopify.com/ The current setting is set with all the markets select, and it works, but as said before I only want to ship to the USA. Any help appreciated, thanks.

  • Check the USA market settings and ensure they are set up to include your products.

3. Judge.me Reviews Settings-

  • Open the Judge.me app from your Shopify admin.
  • Check the settings related to product visibility and reviews. Ensure they are set to show for the USA market.

4. Theme Settings-

  • Go to Online Store > Themes and click on Customize.
  • Review the sections where products and reviews are displayed to ensure there are no conditional settings affecting visibility.

5. Clear Cache and Check-

If you’re still having issues after making adjustments, try clearing your browser cache or testing in an incognito window. Sometimes, cached data can cause display issues.
