Using Managed Markets to sell and fulfill internationally
Is anyone else having an issue with Manged Markets (international shipping) NOT paying them? I have 3 different shipments that shipped via DHL e commerce. USPS picks up the package and supposedly delivers it to NJ, where it is then shipped overseas via DHL e Commerce. In all 3 situations, I have the USPS scan, but the packages seem to get never pick up a DHL tracking scan. Managed Markets refuses to pay us, because the package does not have a DHL scan. Obviously, we have no control over that. But, since we do have the intial USPS scan, it seems that we should be paid, as the package does have a scan. Per the Managed Markets rules : Your shipping label needs to be scanned by the carrier. If you drop off your package at a post office, then it might take up to 48 hours before the order is scanned. If you use a third-party logistics provider, then you need to provide a carrier name, tracking number, and a URL. If your order is a pre-order, then your order isn't eligible for payout until it's fulfilled.
Having the same issue. Has anyone figured out how to resolve this?
