Markets Pro Error Message During Test Transaction

I set up Shopify Market Pro to get affordable international shipping. During my test order, i received a message saying the product was not avaible in my country and I was redirected back to the our home page. Why, when I entered Germany as my test country, did I get this message and was not able to complete the transaction??
