Using Managed Markets to sell and fulfill internationally
2024 starts, Craft 13.0.01 comes out - I get a new domain with Shopify to no longer have the .myshopify.com and suddenly I run into a TON of customer complaints. Error codes on the domain that it is not a secure site (probably triggered by the redirect). Thought I resolved that issue.
March 2024: I qualify and launch Markets Pro. Zero sales for 3 consecutive days and again - many customer complaints about checkout. These are US based customers, not even global. They enter payment info, proceed and payment info disappears. All different issues.
In my year since my store started I have only gone 1 day without sales. 3 days with no sales after 2 of the highest revenue months in my business is strange & I am starting to worry about the checkout process on my site.
I’ve never been able to replicate these customer issues, I have no custom coding, I’ve contacted Shopify support they say all looks good. But clearly customers get different issues here and there. Do you think it’s the Craft update or a Shopify Payments issue?
Recently ordering from Skims and Gymshark I had issues checking out & I know they’re also Shopify platforms.
I use: Klaviyo, DDA, Smile, JudgeMe, Bundles, Geolocation, RT Terms and Conditions
Am I the only one suddenly experiencing issues in 2024?
Update: resolved for now! Uninstalled unused apps and switched back to the 3 page check out. I think the single page check out was the root cause.
